In theory, it could make daylight matches a bit better, but I'm not sure it'd be that noticeable (only place it could show up in those strongly shaded areas some of the stadium rooftops are casting to the pitch, but there are other post processing techniques they are using already (even with the old Fox engine), so it won't make huge difference if they migrate to UE5. Lighting (Lumen) is also a tricky one, it looks far superior if your game plays in corridors and rooms where you get a ton of indirect lighting, but in football stadium, especially at night, the reflectors are flooding the area with evenly distributed, strong light (that's the whole point of using them, if you think about it :D). Nanite is only for static meshes (so no nets, players, grass, etc.), so it'd make stadiums look better, but they are already highly detailed, and they can't add too much to them.

Don't get your hopes too high up for UE4 -> UE5.
